COMMUNITY PROGRAM
In March 2019, IT Veterans launched its Veteran Outreach Initiative and Community Excellence (VOICE) Program. The intent of the VOICE Program is to promote our core values in our daily lives for the betterment of fellow veterans and civilians within our communities.
What We Do
Through our VOICE program and our recruiting initiatives, we aim to assist military members, veterans, and their families to thrive in their post-service lives.
Charity
IT Veterans is committed to supporting charitable organizations that support veterans
- Contributed to the Woody Williams Foundation’s Gold Star Family Memorial Monument in Lovettsville, VA
- Donated to Veterans Moving Forward in Sterling, VA
- Supported two families’ stay at Willing Warriors retreat center in Haymarket, VA
IT Veterans is committed to supporting the local community
- Organized by IT Veterans, our Charity Golf Tournament raises funds for non-profit organizations.
- October 2020 tournament raised over $30,000 in proceeds
- October 2021 tournament raised over $28,000 in proceeds.
- Contributed to the Dulles Foundation Club, the 501c3 arm of the Rotary Club of Dulles International Airport
- Actively participating in the Salvation Army’s Angel Tree Program and the Progressive Equestrian Therapeutic Services (PETS) Program
