IT Veterans’ staff members were a key member of the Directorate for Intelligence Common Operating Environment Transition and Migration Team. They assisted with hundreds of coordination issues every day during the 18-month period to plan and execute the migration of over 2,500 personnel across 13 centers/offices. IT Veterans helped develop the processes and procedures to migrate personnel and over 200 applications. IT Veterans was always professional, mission focused, and willing to work to address their complex scheduling and application issues. Despite numerous pitfalls, IT Veterans was always a beacon of light on the team, and their involvement was critical to the success of the migration.

IT Veterans demonstrated outstanding performance in organizing, planning and coordinating multiple projects and initiatives, including ad hoc requests, to ensure our priorities were always met. Specifically, IT Veterans’ has handled multiple projects with conflicting deadlines supporting over 60 Intelligence Analysts and Cyber Threat Analysts working in an interagency environment to provide both strategic and actionable intelligence to our team. Regardless of the tasking, IT Veterans maintains a calm and positive demeanor and that attitude rubbed off on others to the benefit of the office and the group as a whole.
